Ordering
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is INR 15,000.
Is there a minimum quantity per design?
No. We do not set a minimum quantity per design; the minimum is on the order value.
How do I see wholesale prices?
Prices are shown to registered customers after signing in. Registration and sign-in use a one-time code sent to your mobile number or email; there is no password to remember.
Can I order through the mobile app?
Yes. The Manek Ratna app is available for Android and iPhone and uses the same account and catalogue as the website.
Payment and shipping
What are the payment terms?
30% advance, and the remaining 70% before dispatch.
How much is shipping within India?
Shipping within India is charged at INR 150 per kg, anywhere in India.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. Shipping outside India is charged at actuals.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. Share your company name, GST number or PAN and company address when ordering so the invoice is issued correctly.
Returns
What if I receive a defective piece?
Defective pieces that cannot be repaired at your end are replaced in a future order or refunded once the defective piece is returned to us. Returns for designs you simply do not like are not accepted.

Manek Ratna is a manufacturer and wholesaler of imitation (artificial) jewellery based in Malad, Mumbai, operating since 2010. We sell to retailers and resellers in India and export to 40+ countries.
Do you hold any certifications?
No. We do not claim any certifications.
Where are you located and when can I visit?
We are at 3rd Floor, Block No. 304, Ryna Arcade, Zakeria Road, Malad (West), Mumbai 400064. Open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm IST.
